Overview: The evidence, including defendant's fleeing the scene in a car registered to him, defendant's telling his wife to discard his bloody clothing, and defendant's statements, supported defendant's convictions of malice murder and other crimes. It was error not to merge two armed robbery counts, as they involved a single victim in a single transaction.

Overview: Because the jury had sufficient evidence, via a husband's trial and deposition testimony, to determine his monthly gross income, including income from two landscaping businesses and a salary from his job with the Sheriff's Department, as well as evidence supporting special circumstances, an upward modification of child support was upheld.
