Overview: In a partition action, Haw. Rev. Overview: Court did not err in denying defendant's motion to withdraw a no contest plea to one count of terroristic threatening, in violation of Haw. Rev. Stat. § 707-717, because court legitimately balanced defendant's claim of harm against substantial prejudice faced by the prosecution in prosecuting charges arising from an incident nine years in the past.
