Overview: Where defendant came into the victim's office agitated, pushed the victim following a heated argument, and caused the victim to be alarmed, the evidence was sufficient to support the finding that he pushed the victim with the requisite intent to harass, annoy, or alarm. Defendant was properly convicted of harassment, Haw. Rev. Stat. § 711-1106.
