Overview: Court erred in holding that a 1983 premarital agreement was unenforceable under Haw. Rev. Stat. § 572D-3 because there was no evidence that the wife signed the agreement under duress, coercion, undue influence, and the premarital agreement was not unacceptably one-sided and did not involve terms of unfair surprise so as to render it unconscionable.
