Overview: Townhome owners had no claim against a window supplier for shipping or installation costs connected with replacement of original, defective windows in the townhome; as the original windows were installed to create the townhome, they were not "consumer products" under 16 C.F.R. § 700 or "goods" under UCC, 810 Ill. Comp. Stat. Ann. 5/2-105(1).
