Overview: When contractors alleged that an LLC had continued to conduct business after its voluntary dissolution and had failed to pay them, a member of the LLC could not be held liable for its debts. 805 Ill. Comp. Stat. Ann. 180/35-7(b) did not provide for such liability, and 805 Ill. Comp. Stat. Ann. 180/10-10 had been amended so as not to allow it.
