Overview: When contractors alleged that an LLC had continued to conduct business after its voluntary dissolution and had failed to pay them, a member of the LLC could not be held liable for its debts. 805 Ill. Comp. Stat. Ann. 180/35-7(b) did not provide for such liability, and 805 Ill. Comp. Stat. Ann. 180/10-10 had been amended so as not to allow it.

Overview: Because of inherent reliability and trustworthiness, diagnoses and opinions in injured party's medical records should have been published to jury under business records exception to hearsay rule. Requests to admit should have been admitted as they were not protected by physician/patient privilege where injured party placed condition in issue.
