Overview: When defendant, who had been stopped by an officer for speeding, handed a bag of marijuana to his passenger and told the passenger to hide it, he had "delivered" the marijuana to the passenger under Ind. Code § 35-48-1-11; thus, the evidence was sufficient to support his conviction of dealing in marijuana in violation of Ind. Code § 35-48-4-10.
