Overview: Defendant breached its contract with property owners by dumping construction debris and other non-earthen materials on their farm land. Owners were awarded costs of correcting erosion caused by defendant, and as they could not fully restore land to its former condition, they were also entitled to damages for diminution in the value of their land.
