Overview: Court, in empaneling an anonymous jury in defendants trial for three counts of murder (Ind. Code § 35-42-1-1), erred by not making a finding that jury needed protection. But, given overwhelming evidence of defendant's guilt, otherwise thorough nature of voir dire, and instruction on presumption of innocence, this constitutional error was harmless.
