Overview: In DUI case, as Ind. Code § 9-30-6-2 did not require an officer to transport defendant to a facility where persons authorized to draw blood were present or to bring such a person to defendant before a proper offer for a chemical test could be made, the trial court did not err in refusing defendant's request to so instruct the jury.
