Overview: Where golfer was injured on city golf course by another golfer's errant shot, court did not err in denying city's motion for directed verdict as city owed a duty to golfer as an invitee to its business whether other golfer was negligent or not. Duty did not fall within the public-duty doctrine, and city was not immune under Iowa Code § 670.4(10).
