Overview: Judgment was properly entered in favor of an employer in a breach of contract action filed by a retiree because Iowa Code § 509A.7 imposed no duty to continue health insurance coverage for the retiree, much less substantially the same coverage as prior to retirement; therefore, the refusal to pay for expenses covered by Medicare was proper.
