Overview: Attorney violated various provisions of the Iowa Code of Professional Responsibility for Lawyers, which included Iowa Code Prof. Resp. DR 1-102, DR 6-101, 7-101(A), DR 9-102 because, inter alia, attorney failed to prosecute post-conviction relief matters. Attorney also accepted fees without an accounting, and he wrote a check on a closed account.
