Overview: District court's ruling vacating defendant's conviction for failure to obey a stop sign was reversed, where it erred in concluding that the proper placement and authorization of the stop sign in question were elements of the offense. It was incumbent on defendant to establish that the stop sign was not authorized or properly placed.
