Overview: Termination of parental rights was appropriate, Iowa Code § 232.116(1)(d), (h), as mother had not progressed to degree warranting return of son. At time of hearing, she lived with individual she met in treatment, and court questioned propriety of moving in with substance abuser and believed it would hinder her long-term prospects for sobriety.
