Overview: Termination of father's parental rights under Iowa Code § 232.116(1)(d), (e), (f), (g), and (l) was upheld because he failed to show that his counsel's performance was deficient, as counsel presented jail sign-in sheet showing he had visited father, and transcript showed that counsel was adequately prepared to present case at termination hearing.
