Overview: Because the language of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 21-4603d(f) (2005 Supp.) unambiguously only applied to defendants on release for Kansas felonies, the court reversed a sentence ordering defendant to serve jail time for a presumptive probation offense based on evidence of an out-of-state felony bond.
