Overview: Trial court erred in granting defendants' motions to suppress evidence in connection with the search of their motor home where an officer's stop of the motor home for failure to maintain a single lane was lawful; the officer observed the motor home cross the fog line, overcorrect, and cross the centerline, in violation of Kan. Overview: In a medical malpractice case, a district court did not err by allowing expert testimony from a retired doctor on the standard of care regarding a pre-surgery urinalysis because Kan. Stat. Ann. § 60-3412 did not require that the witness devote any specific or percentage of his time to the professional practice of the healing arts at issue.
