Overview: Because the Kentucky Bar Association found that an attorney complied with the requirements of Ky. Sup. Ct. R. 3.500 for restoration, had no disciplinary matters pending against him, and was not the subject of any claims against the Clients' Security Fund, there was no impediment to the restoration of the attorney to the practice of law.
