Overview: Appellant's motion to vacate a judgment of conviction under Ky. R. Civ. Overview: Although contempt finding and punishment of summarily jailing contemnor were affirmed on appeal, second trial court's imposition of a fine weeks later for same conduct could not stand; continuance to allow imposition of second punishment violated her Fourteenth Amendment right to be heard and Fifth Amendment right to be free from double jeopardy.
