Overview: Defendant's appellate claim that trial court erred in overruling his motion to withdraw guilty plea was unpreserved under Ky. R. Crim. P. 9.22 because reasons given in defendant's letter to trial court for withdraw the plea had nothing to do with appellate claims of confusion over charge and that trial court failed to establish a factual basis.
