Overview: Trial court did not err in denying defendant's motion to suppress agent's identification of defendant as he failed to show substantial likelihood of misidentification since (1) photographic lineup consisted of six photos of African-American men with similar hairstyles and facial features; and (2) lineup did not unduly focus attention on defendant.
