Overview: Trial court's order of priority of creditors was affirmed as Me. Rev. Stat. Ann. tit. 10, § 4012 was inapplicable. Thus, pursuant to Me. Rev. Stat. Ann. tit. 11, § 9-1334(3), a manufacturer's perfected security interest in a sports complex dome which it sold to the debtor was subordinate to the mechanic's liens of the engineer and the contractor.
