Overview: Probate court order which, in part, found that son violated Me. Rev. Stat. Ann. tit. 18-A, § 3-712 (2005), and ordered him to repay corporation for payment made before decedent's death, was largely vacated because, since neither corporation nor son's wife were parties to probate proceeding claims should not have been addressed by the probate court.
