Overview: A housing authority properly terminated a tenant's rental subsidy under 42 U.S.C.S. § 1437f based on her participation in an unauthorized side agreement with her landlord. Her participation in the side agreement merited the sanction, and it was proper to consider hearsay evidence under Me. R. Evid. 1101(b)(4) and 24 C.F.R. § 982.555.

Overview: Trial court did not err in finding that space taken up by association's sign did not interfere with adjacent landowners' ingress or egress across easement. Because adjacent landowners' use was pursuant to their deeded title, it was not "adverse" to owner, and they did not satisfy elements required for adverse possession or prescriptive easement.

Overview: Defendant's subsequent voluntary admission to the police that he had killed the victim, albeit accidentally, was a sufficiently consistent disclosure pursuant to Me. R. Overview: Because the State's evidence, which consisted of testimony from the 13-year-old victim, was not inherently incredible and the victim's testimony did not contain any gross unexplained self-contradictions, defendant's unlawful sexual contact convictions under Me. Rev. Stat. Ann. tit. 17-A, §§ 255 and 255-A(1) were affirmed.
