Overview: Trial court properly extended appellant's child support obligation, because an amendment to Md. Ann. Code art. 1, § 24, which increased the age of majority to 19 or graduation from high school, was properly applied retrospectively, as appellant did not have a vested right in having his child support terminated upon the child's 18th birthday.
