Overview: Ruling against current wife on claim decedent committed fraud in placing funds in trust before his death was error; law decreed his transfer of Transfer of Death (TOD) accounts to trust a fraud on her marital rights and, thus, TOD accounts had to be included in his estate in calculating her Md. Code Ann., Est. & Trusts § 3-203(b) statutory share.
