Overview: Newspaper reporter and publisher were granted summary judgment in defamation action because police officer could not complain that own statement to reporter was defamatory; officer explained to the reporter that writer of the original article had printed his name with three k's, as "David Kkkight," and the reporter accurately quoted the officer.
