Overview: Buyers received the left-hand condominium unit and if the sellers' misrepresentations had been true, they would have received the right-hand unit; as a result, the correct measure of damages was the buyers' loss of the "benefit of their bargain," which was the difference between the value of the left-hand unit and the right-hand unit.
