Overview: Petitioners, who were dismissed from their legal malpractice suit without entry of final judgment, had no right to relief under Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 211, § 3; relief under that statute was extraordinary, and petitioners had another avenue to follow. They had a right to seek entry of final judgment as to them under Mass. R. Civ. P. 54(b).
