Overview: Where defendant was convicted of unauthorized access to computers under MCL 752.795, he was properly ordered to register as a sex offender under the Sex Offender Registration Act because, inter alia, defendant's conduct pertained to sex, the victim was less than 18 years of age, and the Apprendi-Blakely rule was not violated.
