Overview: Without a dispositional hearing, mother, whose parental rights were terminated, was denied an opportunity to present evidence, that was not admissible or relevant in the adjudicative trial, in an attempt to prove that termination was not in her child's best interests, a right and protection granted by Mich. Comp. Laws § 712A.19b(5).
