Overview: Mich. Comp. Laws § 600.5805(14) directed that period of limitations for actions against architects was provided by Mich. Comp. Laws § 600.5839(1). Six-year period of Mich. Comp. Laws § 600.5839(1) operated as statute of limitations and statute of repose; thus, worker's action for damages, brought well within this time period, was not time-barred.
