Overview: In a corporation's property tax valuation challenge, the corporation failed to show that Mich. Comp. Laws § 211.27a(6)(h) was unconstitutionally vague; its language was unambiguous, and "transfer of ownership" included, but was not limited to, the conveyance of more than 50 percent of the ownership interests in one of various legal entities.
