Overview: Pursuant to MCR 3.302(D)(2), a circuit court erred in not dismissing the individuals' original actions seeking writs of mandamus and superintending control orders over the district court's decisions to issue subpoenas. The circuit court violated Const. 1963, art. 3, § 2, in thwarting the Attorney General's campaign finance investigation.
