Overview: Tax court's decision was affirmed, under Minn. Stat. § 271.10, subd. 1, as evidence supported the conclusion that taxpayer received amount of income in IRS notice of deficiency, and denial of motion to remove judge was not clearly erroneous as a statement did not display deep-seated favoritism or antagonism that would make fair judgment impossible.
