Code Ann. § 23-25-977.1 was not cognizable either.

Overview: A finding in favor of the bank in the customer's fraud action was improper because two jury instructions likely confused and misled the jury as to the correct principle of law. Instead of correctly directing the jury to consider the status of all parties, one of the instructions directed the jury to consider all of the parties as one group.
