Overview: Municipal court judge "passed" on 14 traffic tickets, over officer's objections, and judge communicated ex parte with defendants. Judge's involvement in fixing tickets constituted violations of Miss. Code Jud. Conduct Canons 1, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B(2), 3B(7), and 3C(1) because judge engaged in willful misconduct by use of judicial power.
