Bank was allowed to substitute itself as plaintiff because corporation's choses in action were sold, pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 13-3-135, which included lawsuit; bank could purchase suit under Miss. Code Ann. § 11-7-7.

Overview: Evidence was sufficient to sustain defendant's conviction for statutory rape because 15-year-old victim testified defendant penetrated her with his penis, in violation of Miss. Code Ann. § 97-3-65(1)(a), and her testimony was not sufficiently discredited. Evidence that victim was asked to wear certain apparel on other occasions was admissible.
