Overview: Defendant's convictions for two murders and possession of a firearm by a felon were appropriate because defendant never specifically invoked his right to have an attorney present during questioning. Overview: Evidence was sufficient to support defendant's conviction for possession of marijuana where he possessed the package by taking delivery, thus exercising control and dominion over the package knowing it contained drugs. Overview: Trial court's decision that the deceased's estate was entitled to title of the property because of the deceased's adverse possession was affirmed because there was evidence that the deceased had occupied the property from sometime in the 1960s, to the exclusion of the co-tenants, and that the deceased had ousted the co-tenants from the property.
