Overview: Court properly excluded a witness from testifying as a sanction for counsel's late endorsement, Mo. Sup. Ct. R. 25.18, because counsel heard from the witness the Friday prior to the Monday trial yet he did not have him interviewed until the day of trial, and at the time counsel endorsed the witness, the jury had already been seated.
