Overview: In a forgery case where defendant failed to move to strike for cause two jurors who indicated an expectation that defendant would testify, the trial court did not plainly err under Mo. Sup. Ct. R. 30.20 by not sua sponte removing the jurors as the possibility of prejudice evaporated when defendant presented his brother to testify on his behalf.
