Overview: Because trial court's judgment in favor of subdivision trustees lacked an adequate description of the real estate it affected, it was necessary to refer to external sources of proof to determine location of "Wellesley Avenue" and accordingly, judgment was not final for purposes of appeal and appellate court therefore dismissed lot owners' appeal.
