Overview: Because the facts alleged in inmate's petition failed to establish a dangerous condition of a county's property, the inmate failed to state a claim for relief under the dangerous condition exception to sovereign immunity, Mo. Rev. Stat. § 537.600 (2000), and accordingly, the trial court did not err in dismissing his cause of action with prejudice.
