Overview: In a workers' compensation case, both the employee and the employer provided competent and substantial evidence of their positions. The Commission did not err by reversing the ALJ's decision to award the employee benefits for bilateral carpel tunnel syndrome. On appeal, the employee was not entitled to relief under Mo. Rev. Stat. § 287.495.
