Overview: Property owner's appeal from the trial court's confirmation of a tax foreclosure sale was dismissed as neither the court administrator's report of sale, the exhibits, the documentary evidence, nor any testimony of competent and qualified witnesses were in the legal record, as required by Mo. Sup. Ct. R. 81.12(a); thus, there was nothing to review.
