Overview: Because defendant would have been arrested, booked, and processed for traffic violations alone under Mo. Rev. Stat. §§ 303.025, 304.019, and 544.216, even if he had not been searched and rifle had not been discovered, question of whether search violated his constitutional rights, U.S. Const. amend. IV and Mo. Const. art. I, § 15, was irrelevant.
