Overview: Even without jury instructions at issue, there was sufficient evidence to convict defendant of knowingly exposing another person to HIV, contrary to Mo. Rev. Stat. § 191.677; defendant's testimony conflicted with that of other witnesses when he testified that he told victim of his HIV positive status before engaging in sexual intercourse with her.
