Overview: The notice and cooperation clauses of an insurance policy were unenforceable against appellants, who were injured in an accident with the insured, to the extent they were asserted to deny appellants the minimum liability coverage required by Mo. Rev. Stat. § 303.190.2(2) (2000); thus, summary judgment in favor of insurer was reversed.
