Overview: In a jury trial for breach of contract, the trial court erred by excluding a company manual from evidence and in submitting an affirmative converse jury instruction; therefore, the judgment on the breach of contract claims was reversed. Mo. Rev. Stat. § 491.100.3 permitted the trial court to quash subpoenas filed outside the discovery deadline.
